Take the next step in your career as you embark on adding the Cadillac, Chair and Barrels to your repertoire. Designed into three modules to allow you to learn flexibly, you will be able to add a wealth of knowledge and exercises to help your clients on their fitness journey.

This course is made up of 3 modules
STOTT PILATES Advanced Cadillac
The Advanced Cadillac module prepares you to teach 28 Advanced level exercises plus modifications using the Cadillac for the highly conditioned client.
STOTT PILATES Advanced Chair
The Advanced Stability Chair module provides you with 14 Advanced level exercises plus modifications using the Stability Chair™ for the highly conditioned client.
STOTT PILATES Advanced Barrels
The Advanced Barrels module equips you with 14 Advanced level exercises plus modifications using the Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel for the highly conditioned client.

STOTT PILATES Advanced Cadillac
- Incorporate a series of high-level exercises into your existing equipment repertoire that is designed to challenge your most advanced students.
Duration: 6 hours of instruction and supervised teaching.
STOTT PILATES Advanced Chair
- Apply the STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles to Intermediate/Advanced Stability Chair exercises.
- Understand movement essence and exercise goals.
- Understand how these exercises are more challenging than those at other levels.
- Utilise cues and corrections for safety and effectiveness.
Duration: 3 hours of instruction and supervised teaching.
STOTT PILATES Advanced Barrels
- Incorporate a series of high-level exercises into your existing equipment repertoire that is designed to challenge your most advanced students.
Duration: 3 hours of instruction and supervised teaching.

Assessment
If you have completed Advanced Matwork, Advanced Reformer, Advanced Cadillac, Chair & Barrels courses and already hold a Level 1 certification, you are only required to take the Level 2 practical exam. If you have completed any of these courses but do not hold a Level 1 certification, you will be required to take a combined Level 1 and 2 exam.
Certification
You must complete all three modules to be eligible for certification.
- You must be over 16.
- You must have completed STOTT PILATES Intensive Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
