This is a 2 hour workshop developed by the Merrithew® team.

What you will learn

  • Apply the STOTT PILATES Biomechanical Principles to enhance primary movement patterns.
  • Identify how simple props like a towel can be used to provide support, increase strength and range of motion.
  • Establish a simple workout to share with clients on the go.
  • You must be over 16.
  • Open to all Fitness Professionals and Pilates Instructors.

This workshop will use a Pilates mat and Conditioning Towel.
